WIRED FOR WELLBEING
I deep dived into the impact of digital technologies on user behaviour and motivation within the fitness industry taking a look at existing literature and studies as well as conducting my own primary research to discover relevant and new findings.

MY PROTEIN: KNOW YOUR FUEL
I developed a January marketing campaign for Myprotein centered on education, personalisation, and empowerment. The concept introduced tailored product bundles to help customers save money and reduce waste while leveraging a multi-channel strategy. Through macro and micro-influencer collaborations, the campaign aimed to educate consumers on the benefits of vitamins and supplements, ensuring they make informed choices about their nutrition.

ADIDAS MARKETING STRATEGY & INSIGHT REPORT
FINALIST
In this project, I explored the training market to help Adidas understand where Gen-Z fits in and their mindset within the space. Conducting a situational analysis of competitors and leveraging industry reports from Mintel, GlobalData, and McKinsey—alongside my own primary research—I identified three key consumer insights: mental health, gymtimidation, and online community. From these findings, I developed actionable strategies for Adidas to tap into these insights and lead an impactful campaign.
