DETAILS:
In this project, I explored the training market to help Adidas understand where Gen-Z fits in and their mindset within the space. Conducting a situational analysis of competitors and leveraging industry reports from Mintel, GlobalData, and McKinsey—alongside my own primary research—I identified three key consumer insights: mental health, gymtimidation, and online community. From these findings, I developed actionable strategies for Adidas to tap into these insights and lead an impactful campaign.
FINALIST:
As a finalist in this live project, I had the opportunity to present my ideas to brand representatives and receive valuable feedback, which helped me refine my approach and apply new insights to future projects.
